項目位于上海奉賢區，原先為一幢閑置了十多年的老住宅建筑，設計目的將此樓作為一個待客、居住、品茶、賞景的類民宿綜合空間。
The project is located in Fengxian District of Shanghai. Originally, it was an old residential building that had been idle for more than ten years. The design purpose of this building is to serve as a comprehensive space for hospitality, residence, tea tasting and sightseeing.
設計的開始
Original intention of the design
在對場地的多次解讀后，設計師從功能的角度考慮，將一切簡化，以純粹的狀態出發，在現有的建筑界限內，將空間介入，以此打破既定狀態。由內向外，通過重新組織空間的大小，高低，縱深關系，以此呈現出當下的狀態。
After reading the site for many times, the designer simplified everything from the perspective of function, started from the pure state, and intervened the space within the existing architectural boundaries, so as to break the established state. From the inside to the outside, by reorganizing the size, height and depth of the space, we can present the current state.

空間是人群的聚集，給予人類交互的可能性。光影從空中輕盈流瀉，與側面躍入的光線層層交織，互相輝映，明亮了空間的視野，提升了人群交流互動的可能性?？v橫交錯間生成形式上的變幻，感受明與暗的對比，增加了空間的趣味性與生動感。
Light and shadow flow lightly from the air, interweave with the light from the side layer by layer, reflect each other, brighten the vision of the space, and enhance the possibility of crowd interaction. Crisscross between the generation of formal changes, feel the contrast between light and dark, increase the interest and vitality of the space.

原建筑為地面以上三層空間等分布置，重新規劃出空間的動線關系，以軸線為中心，依次展開入住、待客、用餐等功能。
The original building is divided into three floors above the ground, and the moving line relationship of the space is re planned. Taking the axis as the center, the functions of accommodation, hospitality and dining are carried out in turn.
一層接待大廳是視覺通透感的空間，設置了水吧和餐廳，吧臺以天然的自然景觀作為背景，斑駁的剪影形成天然的動態畫面。右行幾步進入休閑區域，連續的橫向玻璃窗提供了相對開闊的視野。
The reception hall on the first floor is a relatively low space with horizontal expansion, which compresses the vision and body feeling. A few steps to the right into the leisure area, continuous horizontal glass window provides a relatively wide field of vision. From the leisure hall to the right side, there are water bar and breakfast hall. The bar is set with natural landscape as the background, and the mottled bamboo shadow forms a natural dynamic picture.
客房 | Guest room
對民宿的入住功能一共設計了四間不同布置風格的客房，將入住功能布置與二三層，重新規劃房間平面，擴大每一個房間的衛生間，增加落地窗，以此增加舒適度，同時為入住的客人創造趣味性的體驗。
Four guest rooms with different layout styles are designed for the occupancy function of B & B. the functional layout of B & B is compared with that of the second and third floors. The room plane is re planned, the toilet of each room is expanded, and the floor to ceiling windows are added, so as to increase the comfort and create an interesting experience for the guests.
在這里你會時不時發現一些時間的痕跡，住客能夠自由穿梭，變得充滿趣味與新鮮感。房間保留了原始的味道，沒有過多的裝飾，簡單的造型便讓空間變得獨特，有趣。
Here you will find some traces of time from time to time. The residents can travel freely and become full of fun and freshness. The room retains the original taste, without too much decoration, simple modeling makes the space unique and interesting.
